Our packages are all-inclusive. They cover hotel accommodation (double/triple sharing), all meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), dedicated vehicle for the entire trip, driver allowance, tolls, parking, and local sightseeing. Temple entry fees and guide charges are also included where applicable.

Booking is simple. Contact us via WhatsApp or phone. Choose your package, confirm your dates, and pay a 10% advance via UPI or bank transfer. You will receive a confirmation with full itinerary within 24 hours. Balance amount is payable before the trip starts.

The Kedarnath trek (16 km one way) can be challenging for seniors. However, we arrange palki (palanquin), pony, and helicopter services at additional cost. Our itinerary includes adequate rest days and acclimatization stops. We also keep basic medical supplies and have contacts with local medical facilities.

Cancellations made 15+ days before departure get a full refund minus processing fee. 7-14 days before: 50% refund. Less than 7 days: no refund. In case of natural calamities or government restrictions, we offer full rescheduling or refund.

Carry warm clothing (temperatures drop significantly at higher altitudes), comfortable trekking shoes, raincoat/poncho, personal medicines, Aadhaar card or valid ID, and a small backpack for the trek. We provide a detailed packing checklist upon booking confirmation.

Yes, we can arrange helicopter tickets (subject to availability and weather), pony rides, and palki (palanquin) services for the Kedarnath trek. These are at additional cost and need to be requested in advance. We recommend booking helicopter slots early as they fill up fast during peak season.
